What you're looking at: the market, a single candle, the trend and the timeframes.

Pick your market Both
Futures (NQ, ES, MGC), usually through a prop firm, or CFDs and forex (gold, currency pairs) through a broker. The chart reading is the same. The money side, sizing and account rules are different, so that part is taught on its own in the Your Account course.
Higher highs and higher lows, lower highs and lower lows, and the two moments that matter: a break of structure (trend continues) and a change of character (first sign it is tiring).
Higher timeframes say where price is likely to stop. Lower timeframes say when it has stopped. Tradeflight reads 1m, 5m and 15m for trades and checks 1H, 4H and daily for direction and targets.
What a candle says about buyers and sellers: big bodies mean one side is in control, wicks mean rejection, small bodies mean nobody is winning. Why price stops just short of a line, why it sweeps a level instead of breaking it, and which levels to the left tend to hold.
The 14, 50 and 200 EMAs, and why only the candle close counts.

The 14, 50 and 200 EMAs Both
The three lines Tradeflight uses: the 14 for timing, the 50 for pullbacks, the 200 for the trend. Read the stack, the crosses and how price behaves at each line. The best-tested entry is the first pullback to the 14 in a stacked trend.
Only the body close counts. Know how long is left on the 5m, 15m and 1H candle, and don't trust a breakout in the last minutes before a 1H or 4H close.
Scheduled news can move price more in one minute than in an hour. Check it before every session.

News and what moves price NewBoth
The calendar events that move NQ, gold and forex, why price moves on the surprise and not the number, and how to handle a release: know the time, stay out either side of it, and let the first spike settle. Includes the live economic calendar.
Entry, stop, target and invalidation, decided before the trade.

Plan the trade Both
An opportunity is not a trade. Before you click, know the entry, the stop, the target and what would prove you wrong. Price needs somewhere to go, and a clear path to get there. The Playbook shows the setups Tradeflight reads and how often each one has worked.
Rules, limits and tilt. Where most accounts are won or lost.
11
Manage yourself Both
Rules set before the session, the stop in with the entry, daily limits, and knowing when you are tilting. After two losses, the next trade is the dangerous one. This step is where most accounts are actually lost.
